Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the item to confirm it is still in its original packaging and brand-new condition.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the secure shipping address for our returns warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Carefully package the hair in its original box and include the RMA form; please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
